Collection Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT

Wedding Collection & Birth Collection orders require full payment of the suite up-front before any design work begins.

PROCESS
Once your order is received, you will receive a digital PDF mock-up of the invitation/announcement you chose with 7 days(21 business days for custom illustrations and maps). Everything will be shown in the colors, fonts and paper choices you made in the initial questionnaire. We’ll exchange e-mails back and forth until everything is perfect!


DESIGN REVISIONS
Two rounds of design revisions are included with your design fee. Please be sure to gather all of your changes and ideas as completely as possible at each phase of the project. Revisions beyond the second round will be subject to an additional $75 per round of edits.

LIABILITY & TIME DELAYS
We are not responsible for factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, dye-lot variations in materials, pandemic related time-delays, COVID-19, damage or loss due to shipping and/or handling, delays caused by material inaccessibility, or the untimely receipt of text or other materials that must be furnished to us by client.

PROOFREADING & FINAL APPROVAL
Please double and triple check your proofs for any spelling or grammatical errors to avoid any potential time delays and extra costs.

Proofing your design is pivotal to the overall success of the final project. A digital PDF proof of invitation/announcement will be given before it goes to press. A hard copy of the invitation/announcement may be requested for an additional fee (not possible for letterpress or foil projects). You must review and confirm that all details on the proof are 100% clean and accurate. Including, but not limited to the layout, type, information, grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Final orders will print exactly as shown on final proofs. Once approval is received, Brittney Nichole Designs LLC is not responsible for any typographical or design errors on the final product. Signed approval on the final proof is required before anything is moved into production.

ERRORS
If a typos or error is discovered after final proofs have been approved, contact me immediately at design@brittneynichole.com. If your order has not gone to print yet, we may be able to fix the problem at no additional cost. If your order has already gone to print, we can reprint corrected proofs at a discounted rate. Brittney Nichole Designs LLC is not responsible for errors that were not noticed and approved on the final proof.

We do everything we can to avoid making any mistakes on your orders. However, if the mistake is on our end, we will immediately correct the problem and rush you a reprint free of charge.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is required before design or production begins. Due to the customized nature of invitations, once design work has begun, all payments are non-refundable once received.

INCONSISTENCIES & ERRORS
Due to the nature of handmade items, each will have certain variations. Due to normal variations in color calibrations between different computer monitors and printers, we can’t guarantee that the color you see on your home computer will match exactly with the colors that print on your final orders.

Generally, any variations that occur are minimal and will not greatly affect the integrity of your designs. We do, however, suggest that you check your proofs on more than one monitor to check for consistency or request a hard copy of the invitation.

DESIGN PROPERTY
All designs and concepts are property of Brittney Nichole Designs LLC. Work may not be reproduced in any form without written consent. We retain all rights to use the preliminary and completed designs as deemed necessary for publication, press, marketing or promotional purposes.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the personalization of custom stationery, orders passed the proofing phased and approved for print are non-refundable, without exception. Once the order has been received, returns are not accepted due to each order being customized.

If you’d like to cancel your order during the proofing phase, a full or partial refund will be based on where we are at in the design schedule.

• Within 24 hours of order being placed // 100% Refund
• Within 5 business days if design work HAS NOT begun // 100% Refund
• Within 7 business days if design work HAS begun // 50% Refund
• Before order has been approved for print // 50% refund
• After order has been approved for print // No refunds given

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipping and postage will be assumed by the client. I takes utmost care in packaging all items to be shipped. Brittney Nichole Designs LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or mailing or invitations that are not delivered. USPS or UPS Ground with Signature Confirmation is used for any orders shipped. You may also pick-up your order at the studio to avoid shipping charges. Hand-delivery may be possible within a certain area, charges apply.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Purchase of Collection Invitations or Announcements on our website is acceptance of these terms.
